Students will practice a timed demonstrated practice from the Demonstrated Practice List . Instructors will be critiquing and grading student’s practice.
Learning Objectives:

Get familiar with the asana from the Demonstrated Practice. This will be the same demonstrated asana list throughout this course.

Improve your knowledge of these asanas. The better students understand the asana, the better their demonstrations to their future students will be.
