Lisa is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and has over 10,000 hours of yoga teaching experience. She is truly a teacher's teacher. At her studio in historic East Austin, Lisa teaches a variety of yoga classes and mentors a 500 hour yoga teacher training program. In addition to teaching yoga classes, yoga teaching certification programs and yoga workshops, Lisa also holds bi-annual Yoga Retreats and is the founder of Energies Balanced Yoga Studio.
